Refund Eligibility
In exceptional circumstances, YT Rank Pro may review a refund request at its discretion.
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical or payment-processing issue may be reviewed.
- Payments made due to an identifiable billing error may be reviewed.
- A refund request may be considered where a payment was successfully processed but the purchased service was not made available due to a technical issue attributable to YT Rank Pro.
- Any approved refund will be evaluated based on the individual circumstances of the request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds generally will not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Failure to use the purchased subscription or available features.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Temporary interruption or unavailability caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Requests made solely because the user did not achieve a particular YouTube ranking, traffic level, revenue result, or other expected outcome.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your YT Rank Pro account. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Once a payment has been successfully completed, refund processing may require coordination with the relevant payment provider.
Refunds, where approved, will normally be returned using the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing times of the applicable payment provider.
